Marisa Ballantyne is the Director of MB Associates. She is a highly experienced executive coach, learning and development specialist and change practitioner. She has worked at all levels within organisations from high potentials, managers, directors to team dynamics. Prior to setting up MB Associates, she had 13 years experience as Head of Learning and Development for a global financial services firm.
Marisa is a Fellow of the Learning & Performance Institute. She was the first person in the Channel Islands to gain the globally recognised LPI Gold Standard Accreditation for her work in learning and development. She is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD), European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), an Accredited Coach Practitioner, APMG Change Management Practitioner and is also PRINCE2 qualified. Her experience spans Financial Services, Legal, IT, Recruitment & Engineering.
Marisa describes herself as someone who has always had a genuine interest in people and receives great satisfaction from seeing people and organisations develop. She believes that we all have the capacity to change as long as there is the will and intrinsic motivation to do so. MB Associates work in conjunction with a group of consultants who are equally as motivated by the development of individuals and organisations.
